Went to the Grand Opening this weekend and really loved the concept! There are 4 model homes open and they are beautiful; great floor plans and finishes. This is going to be a great neighborhood for empty nesters to call home. It is similar to a town house community in terms of amenities and maintenance but with the advantage of having a single family dwelling. If you have grandparents who are looking to move to the area, this is a great option.
I LOVE The Walk at East Village! The pocket community concept is a great way to develop a strong sense of community and make new friends. It's front porch living at its best. You can even whiz to downtown Clayton in your golf cart! The Activity Director is so awesome that my clients can't stay away. They're counting down to their move in date in October!
The Walk At East Village is going to be an amazing place to live!!! I know personally some of developers of this great concept community. They put all their hearts into this awesome project to make it the best friendly community!!!
