In 1995, Hubie founded UHF Development Group, LLC. UHF specializes in development and re-development of properties in VA, TN, NC, and SC as well as restoration and renovation of historic properties in several NC markets, including New Bern, Raleigh, and Winston Salem. Hubie is a Principal in and technical manager of more than 25 corporations and partnerships with holdings of more than 30 individual properties.
