Dustin Mills President of Affordable Housing
During his 21-year career in the multi-family industry, Dustin has worked in various senior-level positions for several regional and national development firms. In this capacity, Dustin has overseen the development of more than $400 million dollars in completed projects. As an expert in the fields of Affordable Housing and Historic Preservation, Dustin has developed more than 2,000 affordable units through the Housing and Historic Preservation Tax Credit Programs and currently has 4 active projects in various stages of development. Dustin holds a Master of Science ("MSc.") degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York and a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) degree with emphasis on real estate finance from the Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Dustin completed his undergraduate work at Wingate University and holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dustin previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Greenville and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Boys & Girls Club of the Coastal Plain.
