Do you ever wish your yard work would just do itself?
Maintenance and lawn care can be tedious and exhausting, especially on the coldest or hottest days of the year. Fortunately, many new residential communities take care of outdoor maintenance and landscaping for you—and The Walk is one of these low-maintenance communities.
What Is Low-Maintenance Living?
In general, low-maintenance communities are neighborhoods that provide services such as lawn care and exterior maintenance through a homeowner’s association fee. In a low-maintenance community, little—if any—exterior upkeep is required on the homeowner’s part.
As is the case with any neighborhood, different communities offer different amenities, especially when it comes to low- or no-maintenance living.
What Is Included in Low-Maintenance Living?
The services provided by a homeowner’s association in a low-maintenance community will vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. Some offer lawn care and snow removal. Others will do more in-depth landscaping. Others still will provide exterior home maintenance, such as roofing or siding repairs. If you’re not sure, it’s always best to check with your real estate agent!
Here at The Walk, our HOA covers a huge array of maintenance items, including common area maintenance, community groundskeeping, property yard maintenance, pest and weed control, mulch and pruning, and more. For a full list, take a look at our HOA page.
